Setup:
You will be creating a newspaper/news magazine that deals with current issues in Asia. You will be basing your project on your understanding of topics from class as well as new research.

You will be writing 3 feature articles. Each article should deal with a different issue or topic that you feel is important to understanding Asia today.

3 Gorges Dam in China
For each article, your goal is to give background on the issue and explain why it is relevant to Asia and the rest of the world today.
Research:
Most of your information will come from your notes and class discussions. You may need to find additional information from outside sources.
You are to use the resources found in the digital databases provided by the school.
For pictures, use schools.clipart.com. User name and password are NEMS
You must cite any resource you use. The last page of the template is a reference sheet.
Publishing:
The template instructs you how to lay out the articles. Follow the directions for where to place items.
Your articles may continue on to the next page, just as real articles do.
Pictures you include must be relevant to what you are discussing.
The final page can be used to conclude any article that has not been finished.
